Shopping in Didim

Didim is a place where you can practically find all your needs. It has many well known shopping centres (supermarkets) like Carrefour SA, Migros, Tansas, Bim and DiaSA some of which are located on the main street (Atatürk Bulvari).

At Yenihisar there are many small to large shops selling various things like food, clothing, electronics, household items, jewellery, construction materials, etc.

There are also places that offer services like repair shops, real estate, restaurants, cafes, etc. Yenihisar is also the area where some of the governmental buildings and offices like the Belediye (Municipality Building), Electricity Office and the 2nd Notary (2.Noter) Office can be found.

Didim also has its industry area which is called the Sanayi Bolgesi where you will find various shops for auto repairs, furniture, construction materials, wrought iron workshops etc. There are actually 3 industry areas 2 of these are located on the Didim-Akbuk road and the other is located before you get to the Apollo Temple on the left.

Altinkum also has many shops and restaurants along the seafront. There are various restaurants, cafes, bars, fishing & hunting shop, real estate offices, souvenir shops, etc.

Furthermore, at the Altinkum roundabout on the right is Didyma Shopping Centre with over 4 floors of shops where you may find things like souvenirs, textiles, shoes, electronic items, jewellery, photo developers, etc. The Didyma Shopping Centre is open all year round and is a place where you can do most of your shopping.
