Bazaars and weekly markets in Didim

Didim's Main Bazaar is throughout the year, once a week on Saturdays. The bazaar has many things like clothes, handbags, household goods, spices and Turkish delight. The bazaar also has a section of a variety of fruit and vegetables with large and small stalls.

There is also an accessories section where you can purchase handmade jewellery and other items.

You can go to the Saturday Bazaar located in Yenihisar with a minibus (dolmush) and they will go directly into the bazaar area. When you are there you will be able to see the Turkish culture, people and the hospitality they are known for.

Another area of Didim, which is called Mavisehir also has its own bazaar and is open everyday of the week. This bazaar is not as large as the main bazaar but still offers the basic needs.

The Akbuk area also has a bazaar which takes place once a week on Fridays only. This bazaar is similar to the Yenihisar bazaar and has many things like fruits & vegetables, clothing, handbags, household goods, spices and Turkish delight.
